Certificate Awarding, Web Launching and book Launching Ceremony of Disabled War Heroes IT Programme was held on 13th Oct 2009 at Pensions Department Auditorium Maligawaththa Sri Lanka.

Hon. Minister of Public Administration and Home Affairs and Deputy Minister of Finance Dr. Sarath Amunugama graced the occasion as the chief guest.
